  • Safety Is #1
    It is ultimately up to you as the renter to make and provide a safe environment, it is on you to monitor wind and weather conditions either visibly or electronic means, please monitor playing conditions by ensuring the appropriate number and like sized kids are playing in a safe manor, no flips, hanging from sides or top of units or wrestling or rough housing. For wet rentals monitor water levels and usage while only allowing one child at a time and no adults. If at any time conditions become unsafe it is up to you to stop usage. Remember there must always be a responsible coherent attendant over the age of 18 supervising all activities.
  • Which counties does TripleBounceRentals deliver too?
    Primarily Athens, Oconee, Bishop, Watkinsville, Bogart, Bostwick, Good Hope, Farmington, Whitehall Other counties we go to but may have a delivery fee depending on address - Monroe, Walnut grove, Between, Jersey, Greensboro, Hull, Winterville, Social circle, Rutledge, Colbert, Arnoldsville, Madison, Buckhead, even Loganville, Covington and Conyers. Delivery Fee - The first 25 miles are free, after 25 miles the fee is $4 per mile one way, the starting point is bishop Ga 30621, Ex Bishop to Greensboro is roughly 30 miles - the first 25 miles are free, delivery fee would be based on the additional 5 miles at $4 per mile = $20 delivery fee to Greensboro We'll deliver as long as your willing to pay the mileage based fee and willing to be flexible on delivery time
  • Is there a Delivery FEE?
    The FIRST 25 miles are FREE after that, There is a delivery Fee of $4 per mile outside the first 25 miles. Location start point is Bishop Ga 30621
  • IS there a fee for the setup and pickup of the equipment?
    No, our company does not charge for setup and pickup of the equipment. Please note that additional fees may be incurred for damages to the equipment
  • IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
    We do not mandate a deposit for your rental. You are not required to make the full payment until two business days prior to the rental date to give us enough time to ensure that the weather will be favorable for your event.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You may cancel the reservation/rental agreement at any time prior to the start of the event; however once delivered there are no refunds. If you have already paid and would like to cancel prior to delivery, you may do so, a full refund will be given.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We welcome payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.
  • How does the rental process work?
    It's easy to make a reservation with us. You can contact us directly, use the website's contact form, or simply fill out the book now form. Select the date you need the rental, and inform us of any extraordinary circumstances, such as fences, pets, sprinkler systems, or gravel that may affect the delivery. Let us know the preferred delivery and pick-up times, and we will get in touch with you to confirm all the details
  • WHAT IS THE POLICY ON INCLEMENT WEATHER?
    If the weather conditions are unfavorable on the day of your reservation, we will be pleased to help you reschedule your booking at no extra cost or punishment. However, for safety reasons, in the event of active rain or storms, we will not transport or install the equipment. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any reimbursement or refund for inclement weather once the equipment is set up. Nevertheless, if there is a possibility of severe weather, we will collaborate with you before your rental to address any concerns.
  • WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGES?
    We hold the authority to charge for any damages or cleaning expenses incurred. No charge will be made if there is a fault in the inflatable. However, if the rental unit is damaged due to avoidable circumstances such as wearing shoes or high heels, cutting it intentionally, or bringing sharp objects, food or stainable products, or pets, then a repair fee will be charged, depending on the situation. If the inflatable is damaged beyond repair, the cost of a replacement unit at MSRP will be required.
  • HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE BOUNCE HOUSE OR OTHER RENTALS?
    Rental packages start at up to 10 hours of rental time with a latest pickup time of 7pm with the average duration ranging from 4 to 6 hours. You'll have the luxury of experiencing the inflatable/rental for the entirety of your event or party within these time limits. Overnight and weekend pricing available on our booking page. If you require additional rental time, please feel free to reach out to us for a precise quote.
  • HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR SET UP AND PROPER USE OF THE BOUNCE HOUSE?
    A bounce house with a size of 25'x27' is spacious enough for our rentals. We kindly request that you inform us in advance of any extraordinary conditions such as the presence of fences, pets, sprinkler systems, gravel, fire pits, or other obstructions that may obstruct the placement of the bounce house. This allows us to take appropriate measures and ensure that the setup process proceeds smoothly.
  • DO I NEED AN ATTENDANT?
    Yes, It is imperative to have someone supervising the inflatable at all times. The attendant's essential responsibilities include regulating the number of individuals inside or on the inflatable at any given moment and ensuring that all participants exhibit appropriate behavior.
  • ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES?
    We expect to receive our inflatables back in a reasonably clean state. We understand that the inflatable will be utilized throughout the day and that grass and dirt may inevitably get in. We will not impose a cleaning charge for this. However, since you will receive a set of general guidelines at the time of rental, any food or beverage stains, or other damages resulting from not following the provided instructions will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00. The inflatable will be thoroughly inspected before packing it up at your location if time allows or back at the warehouse. If you rent a wet inflatable, we require that you keep it inflated until pick-up to allow for excess water to drain and to ensure that the unit is as dry as possible.
  • WHAT ARE THE RULES WHEN USING A BOUNCE HOUSE?
    As a general rule, we strictly prohibit any food or drink, shoes or sharp objects, visible metal zippers, medical conditions (including pregnancy), wrestling or roughhousing, hanging from the top or sides, flips, and silly string or sand in our inflatables. Additionally, we do not allow pets or toys in the inflatable. An attendant over 18 years of age must be present during any inflatable activity. We also request that no fire pits or burning activities be conducted while the rental is on the premises.
  • DOES TRIPLE BOUNCE RENTALS LLC HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE?
    We hold a license, registration and insurance in the state of Georgia
  • WHAT DO WE DO IF THE INFLATABLE IS UP AND IT BEGINS TO RAIN?
    Disconnect the blower and relocate it to a dry area, allowing the inflatable to deflate. After the rain subsides, reconnect the blower and ensure that all surfaces are dry to prevent slipping
  • What is your severe weather policy?
    In recent years it seems like the “experts” cannot properly predict or forecast weather properly and neither can we. At the time of reservation, we will review forecasted weather and continue to monitor conditions up-to and including the day of reservation. During periods of severe weather conditions like Rain, High Winds, Thunderstorms, Hail, Tornados, etc. we reserve the right to cancel your reservation/rental agreement. If we decide to cancel your reservation due to forecasted severe weather, you will receive an account refund if you have already paid. If conditions seem poor but not severe and appear they may improve throughout the day; We will provide you with the option of keeping the rental or not. If you decide that upon arrival that you would like to keep the unit for the term of the Rental Agreement, there will be no account refunds. If you cancel the reservation once our team is onsite to setup, we reserve the right to keep any payments made. Please know that if conditions do not improve or worsen you may not be able to use the equipment
  • What is your policy regarding wind?
    At the end of the day, we want everyone to have fun, but safety must and always be priority #1. In the event of wind speeds more than 15 miles per hour, please have riders exit the inflatable and turn the blower off. Throughout the duration of your event, monitor wind speeds by looking at the treetops within the yard and/or neighborhood. Rule of the thumb is if your pant legs are flapping in the wind, the wind speed are probably more than 15 mph, and you should have riders exit and turn blower off. Since high wind spells come within 30-minutes to 1-hour intervals, please wait for winds to calm before turning the inflatable back on and allowing riders back in.
